Subject matter experts from HMA and HealthEC collaborated over several months to develop service packages that integrate HMA’s healthcare consulting and advisory services and population health management and analytics IT capabilities offered by HealthEC in response to specific high-priority needs. These service packages, also referred to as HPA solutions, were designed to facilitate contracting and accelerate the implementation of programmatic initiatives.
